In 2008, Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in the Central U.S.; Colliers Pinkard in Baltimore, Raleigh and Charlotte; Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers in Washington, DC; and Colliers ABR in New York City—merged to form a joint holding company. The four firms, part of the Colliers International network, continued to operate under their names and brands in each market, but consolidated leadership.

On March 1, 2010 the holding company of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Colliers Pinkard, Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers, and Colliers ABR launched a new national company under the name of Cassidy Turley. In the years to follow, Cassidy Turley expanded its workforce to 700 associates with 6 local offices and was consistently recognized as the No. 1 Commercial Real Estate Firm and No. 1 Office Property Management Firm in St. Louis by the St. Louis Business Journal.

In January of 2015 Cassidy Turley was acquired by the private equity investment consortium backed by TPG Capital, PAG Asia Capital and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Cassidy Turley merged with DTZ, who was acquired in November 2014, and began operating as a single global firm. The combination of Cassidy Turley and DTZ created a global top-three commercial real estate services company. Cassidy Turley brought a legacy of strong local market leadership and penetration in the U.S., while DTZ offered an established full-service global platform.

Just five months since the acquisition of Cassidy Turley and DTZ, it was announced that DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield would merge and operate under the Cushman & Wakefield brand. DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield successful merged on September 1, 2015 creating a leading global real estate services firm with over $5 billion in revenue.

Perhaps the most anticipated charitable effort is the firm’s involvement and annual contribution to the Ronald McDonald House of Greater St. Louis. Cushman & Wakefield has served as the Title Sponsor of the Ronald McDonald House Golf Tournament since 1999 with a contribution of $25,000 annually. Many of the firm’s employees serve as committee members, volunteers, donors, and golfers for the tournament. Additionally, associates serve dinner at the local Ronald McDonald Houses twice a month throughout the year and participate in the Young Professionals group.
